15C（以下「運営者」といいます）は、本アプリ「SonicSense」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

第1条（事業者情報）

第2条（取得する情報）

本アプリは、サービス提供にあたり以下の情報を取得します。

  1. アカウント情報
    Firebase Authenticationにより発行される識別子（匿名ID、または登録時のメールアドレス・Googleアカウントの識別情報）
  2. 課金・購読情報
    RevenueCatを通じて処理される購入商品ID、購読状態、購入トークン等の課金関連情報（クレジットカード番号等の決済情報そのものは、Google Play等のプラットフォームが管理し、運営者は取得しません）
  3. アップロードコンテンツ
    利用者が本アプリの機能を利用するためにアップロードする音声ファイル（楽曲データ）。アップロードされた音声は、ステム分離（パート分解）等の処理のため運営者のサーバーに送信・一時的に保存されます。
  4. 利用状況・プレイデータ
    ゲームの正答・誤答の履歴、難易度設定、問題数、苦手傾向の集計データ等
  5. 分析・端末情報
    Firebase Analyticsにより収集される、アプリの利用状況、端末情報（OSバージョン、端末モデル等）、広告識別子に類する匿名の識別子
  6. クラッシュ・エラー情報
    Firebase Crashlyticsにより収集される、アプリの異常終了時のクラッシュログ、エラー発生箇所、端末情報（OSバージョン、端末モデル等）。不具合の調査・改善のためにのみ利用します。

第3条（利用目的）

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

  1. 本アプリの機能（ミキシング訓練、ステム分離、プレイ履歴の表示等）を提供するため
  2. 課金・購読の処理および不正利用の防止のため
  3. 本アプリの品質改善、不具合の調査・対応のため
  4. 利用者からのお問い合わせへの対応のため
  5. 利用規約に違反する行為への対応のため

第4条（第三者への提供・業務委託）

運営者は、以下の外部サービス（以下「委託先等」といいます）を利用して本アプリを提供しており、必要な範囲で情報を委託先等に提供します。各委託先等における情報の取り扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を上記以外の第三者に提供することはありません。

第5条（アップロードコンテンツの取り扱いに関する注意）

利用者が本アプリにアップロードする音声ファイルは、利用者自身が著作権等の権利を有する、または権利者から適法な利用許諾を得た音源に限られます。運営者は、アップロードされた音声を本アプリの機能提供（ステム分離処理等）の目的以外には利用しません。詳細な禁止事項は利用規約をご確認ください。

第6条（データの保存期間）

取得した情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間保存します。アップロードされた音声ファイルおよびその処理結果は、機能提供に必要な期間を超えて保存しないよう努め、一定期間の経過後に削除する場合があります。アカウントの削除依頼を受けた場合は、法令等で保存が義務付けられる場合を除き、合理的な期間内に削除します。

第7条（利用者の権利）

利用者は、運営者に対し、自己に関する情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除を求めることができます。ご希望の場合は、第1条記載の連絡先までご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、合理的な範囲で対応します。なお、匿名IDでのご利用の場合、本人確認の方法が限られるため、対応にお時間をいただく場合があります。

第8条（お子様のご利用について）

本アプリは、保護者の同意なく13歳未満のお子様が利用することを想定していません。13歳未満のお子様がご利用になる場合は、保護者の同意のもとでご利用ください。

第9条（安全管理措置）

運営者は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。ただし、通信ネットワークを利用したサービスの性質上、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

第10条（本ポリシーの変更）

運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内での告知その他の適切な方法により周知します。変更後のポリシーは、本アプリ内に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

15C ("Operator") establishes this Privacy Policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the app "SonicSense" ("App") as follows.

Article 1 (Business Operator Information)

Article 2 (Information Collected)

In providing the Service, the App collects the following information.

  1. Account Information
    Identifiers issued by Firebase Authentication (an anonymous ID, or the email address / Google account identification information provided at registration)
  2. Billing and Subscription Information
    Billing-related information processed via RevenueCat, such as purchased product IDs, subscription status, and purchase tokens (payment information itself, such as credit card numbers, is managed by platforms such as Google Play and is not collected by the Operator)
  3. Uploaded Content
    Audio files (music data) uploaded by users to use the App's features. Uploaded audio is transmitted to and temporarily stored on the Operator's servers for processing such as stem separation (part isolation).
  4. Usage and Play Data
    Records of correct/incorrect answers, difficulty settings, number of questions, and aggregated data on areas of weakness, etc.
  5. Analytics and Device Information
    Information collected via Firebase Analytics, including app usage data, device information (OS version, device model, etc.), and anonymous identifiers similar to advertising identifiers
  6. Crash and Error Information
    Crash logs, error locations, and device information (OS version, device model, etc.) collected via Firebase Crashlytics when the App terminates abnormally. Used solely for investigating and improving defects.

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

  1. To provide the App's features (mixing training, stem separation, display of play history, etc.)
  2. To process billing and subscriptions and to prevent fraudulent use
  3. To improve the quality of the App and to investigate and address defects
  4. To respond to inquiries from users
  5. To respond to conduct that violates the Terms of Service

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties / Outsourcing)

The Operator provides the App using the following external services ("Contractors, etc."), and provides information to the Contractors, etc. to the extent necessary. The handling of information by each Contractor is governed by that company's own privacy policy.

Except as required by law, the Operator will not provide collected information to any third party other than those listed above.

Article 5 (Notes on the Handling of Uploaded Content)

Audio files uploaded by users to the App must be limited to sound sources for which the user holds the copyright or other rights themselves, or for which the user has obtained lawful permission from the rights holder. The Operator will not use uploaded audio for any purpose other than providing the App's features (such as stem separation processing). Please refer to the Terms of Service for detailed prohibited conduct.

Article 6 (Retention Period of Data)

Collected information is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use. The Operator will endeavor not to retain uploaded audio files and their processing results beyond the period necessary to provide the features, and may delete them after a certain period of time has elapsed. Upon receiving a request to delete an account, the Operator will delete the relevant data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Article 7 (User Rights)

Users may request that the Operator disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete information concerning them. To make such a request, please contact the Operator using the contact information in Article 1. The Operator will respond within a reasonable scope after verifying the requester's identity. Please note that for users using the App anonymously, the methods available for identity verification are limited, and responding to such requests may take additional time.

Article 8 (Use by Children)

The App is not intended to be used by children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If a child under 13 uses the App, please ensure they do so with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Article 9 (Security Control Measures)

The Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of collected information, and for other security control purposes. However, due to the nature of services that use communication networks, the Operator cannot guarantee complete security.

Article 10 (Changes to This Policy)

The Operator may change this Policy as necessary. If a material change is made, the Operator will provide notice through an announcement within the App or other appropriate means. The revised Policy takes effect from the time it is posted within the App.
